So I totally fell of the wagon this weekend. I shouldn't be surprised that when I got on the scale this morning I discovered nothing had changed. Sigh.
Well, this is the start of a new week with new resolve and
NO MORE EXCUSES OR FALLING OFF UNTIL HOLIDAYS!!!!
I'm not going to blog everything I eat anymore, after the first week I think you get the picture. I am going to be a bit more strict and see if I can't get some results.

Carla- Thanks for linking up to my blog. :) I think you are being way to hard on yourself right now. Are you really only eating 500 calories? I would be so crabby and tired with 500 claories. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help. :)
No, my friend was only eating 500 calories. I'm eating 1500.
We all have fallen off -- I blew my diet at my son's graduation party. Self control. That's what I keep telling myself this week.
